On Wednesday Pakistan’s National Assembly unanimously passed a resolution that Khatamun Nabiyyin must be written with Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW).
The resolution was presented by State Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Muhammad Khan.
It demanded that the name of Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) should be written as ‘Hazrat Muhammad Rasool Allah Khatamun Nabiyyin Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam” in all official documents.
In another resolution, the House recommended that the speech of founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah to the Constituent Assembly on the August 11, 1947 regarding minorities should also be made a part of the syllabus.
Earlier, the National Assembly passed the Anti-Terrorism (Amendment) bill, 2020.
